Your account will be activated after it has been reviewed. This is to try and keep out all those wonderful people selling penis enlargement kits/drugs, pharmaceuticals from Canada and the like.

If you are really in the newspaper business and have not been activated after a couple of days, check back. It could be the Administrator is tired from working odd hours.
